SNEAK PEEK: We are getting BEEs!

Well, if you've been to the farm, each Lavender plant has lots of bees but we are going to put them to good use to create what we hope is naturally made lavender infused honey.
We will be having some Bee Experiences where you learn about the hive and can harvest your own honey to use on some pastries.
In celebration, here's a freebie recipe for you:
Homemade Lavender-Infused Butter
This lavender-infused butter is rich, creamy, and delicately floral—perfect for spreading on warm bread, melting over pancakes, or adding a gourmet touch to roasted vegetables!
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ teaspoons dried culinary lavender - we recommend a combination of Melissa and Folgate
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional, if using unsalted butter)
Instructions:
Infuse the Lavender: In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter gently. Stir in the culinary lavender and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes—this allows the flavors to infuse. Remove from heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes or longer to taste.
Strain & Cool: Pour the melted butter through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the lavender buds. If you prefer a stronger lavender flavor, leave some bits in! Highly recommend leaving some in!
Whip It Up: Transfer the butter to a bowl and stir in honey and sea salt (if using). Let it cool slightly, then whip it with a fork to reincorporate air for a creamy texture.
Shape & Store: Pour the butter into a small dish or roll it into a log using parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
Ways to Enjoy:
Spread on freshly baked bread or biscuits
Melt over steamed veggies or grilled meats
Add a pat to pancakes or waffles for a floral twist
Use in baking for a unique flavor boost
